The housing market was never fair. Those with the right contacts get the flat — often before it even goes online. But it’s not only about who you know. It’s about where and when you search. And both work against you.
Two reasons you lose

At the end of 2021, Juri and his family started looking for a flat in Berlin. The reason: a baby on the way. It quickly became clear: searching manually takes far too much time and barely fits into everyday life. And at some point the realisation: the flats are there. You just hear about them too late — and many sit on portals you never open.
So Juri built a tool that searched around the clock for him. It started as a simple Telegram notification for Kleinanzeigen. But soon friends and acquaintances asked for something similar.
Today the Immobilien Bot app scans 20 property portals at once, around the clock — across all of Germany. The big nationwide ones — ImmoScout24, Immowelt, Kleinanzeigen, WG-Gesucht, Vonovia. And the ones hardly anyone checks — the municipal housing associations in Berlin, Cologne and Hesse.
