## What the app does

Finding a flat in Germany's tight rental market means competing with hundreds of
applicants within minutes. Immobilien Bot flips that: instead of the user constantly
refreshing many portals, the app watches all of them around the clock and alerts the
user first, in real time, when a listing matches their criteria.

## Core features

- 20 property sources monitored in one app — 10 nationwide portals plus 10 regional
  housing-company sites (see the Portals section below).
- Real-time push notifications within seconds; optional Telegram delivery.
- Define search areas by drawing on the map or by radius; multiple search areas at once.
- Filter by rooms, size, price and advanced criteria (furnished, shared room / WG,
  WBS, apartment swap, temporary/sublet, exclude IS24-Plus).
- Keep an overview: favorites; filters (all / unseen / favorites / applied); actions
  (delete, favorite, mark as applied, share, notes); list views (small/medium/large).
- Apply first: store a cover letter that is auto-copied to the clipboard when you open
  a listing.
- German & English UI; light and dark mode.

- Try first, then decide: the first 7 days are free (0 €).
- After the trial you choose a subscription: Week — 2,99 € / week, or Month — 7,99 € / month.
- Both plans auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime in the App Store or Google Play; cancel
  within the first 7 days and you pay nothing.
- Both plans always include every feature: real-time push (incl. Telegram), all portals in one
  app, favorites, application letter and more.
